→ WHAT TO BRING

  • A Resistance Band for Technique if you have one

  • Clothes and Dance Shoes needed for each style

  • Your Lunch + Snacks

  • Refillable Water Bottle

  • Your Dancer # These will be received during check in and brought back each day

Order form and options are NOW AVAILABLE!

  1. You will receive an email to the address you registered with, containing a QR code ticket, within 48 hours of the event.

  2. At check-in, have the QR code ready for scanning to receive your dancer wristband.

    Wristbands must be worn at all times during the event.

    Observers that pre-purchased their pass will follow the same process for event check-in.

  • Enjoy Your Role as an Observer

    • Your main role is to observe and encourage! THE TOUR is focused on the dancers, including our unique college prep sessions, and we appreciate you helping us keep the spotlight on them.

  • Check-In Times

    • Observers must check in only during the designated hours listed on the schedule. Please review the schedule carefully and plan ahead.

  • Wristbands

    • Please wear your wristband at all times while in the venue.

  • Designated Observer Areas

    • Observers are welcome in the main gym only. Access to other spaces is reserved for dancers only, with the exception of high school dance team coaches.

  • Capture the Moment (Mindfully!)

    • Showcases may be filmed, so feel free to capture and celebrate those exciting performances. We kindly ask that you do not film or record any instructional classes or sessions.
