HAILEY WILLIS

JAZZ, POM

Hailey has been dancing since the age of three in Dayton, Ohio where she trained in ballet, jazz, contemporary, pom, lyrical, tap, and hip-hop. Hailey is an alumni of the Ohio State University dance team where she won seven national titles in jazz, pom, and gameday.

As a member of the team, Hailey was sole captain of the 2022 year where they took home three national titles at the UDA Collegiate National Championship. She has assisted in choreographing game day material as well as teaching combos all across the country. She graduated with a degree in Human Development and Family Science but ultimately is exploring dance and choreography.

Hailey has had the opportunity to learn from world-renowned choreographers in the dance team and studio industry such as Rudy Abreu, Douglas Burkhardt, Shannon Mather, Abby Chung, Johnathan Sison, and Derek Hough.

Now living in California, further pursuing her professional dance career, Hailey was accepted into the Bridge into the Industry program under Shannon Mather. She is training to work in the professional dance industry and continues taking classes in LA.This past season with Tribe 99 Hailey had a very successful finish with each of her teams placing in the top 10 at UDA High School Nationals, a DTU National Championship, and a top 10 placement at UDA College Nationals. She has a passion for dance that she can't wait to share with others and hopes to inspire dancers with her love of the sport.
