Megan was a Member of the University of Tennessee Dance Team where her team took home two UDA National Championship Titles in 2015 and 2016. From 2015 to 2018, she worked as a teacher and choreographer at Revolution Dance in Knoxville, Tennessee where she earned multiple choreography awards as part of the competitive team staff. She was then introduced to Priscilla And Dana’s School of Dance in Kansas City, where she still travels to teach and choreograph monthly. Megan works with all different age levels and has won multiple choreography awards as a member of the competitive company staff at P & D's.

In 2018 she joined TRIBE 99 Choreo-Connect where she continues to choreograph with all levels of dance teams throughout the country including nationals routines, half-time, and side-line routines. Megan’s work includes Michigan State University, Liberty High School (earning two National Championships in Pom and Jazz at UDA’s NDTC Virtual Nationals), Madison Central High School (earning a National Championship at NDA Nationals), as well as working with several other dance teams and studios that place in the top 10 both regionally and nationally. Her 2024 accolades include St Cloud State University (UDA 5th place in Open Jazz), Liberty High School (UDA National Champion Medium Varsity Game Day; UDA 5th Place Jazz), and Staley High School (NDA Top 5 Varsity Jazz).

During the spring season, Megan works as a judge for the dance competition company, Hall of Fame Dance Challenge. Megan frequently moves due to her husband serving in the US Air Force. She currently resides in Panama City Beach, Florida.
