Julia’s commitment to dance extends further, as she is also an active member of Dance 2XS Michigan, an Ann Arbor based hip-hop club that performs student-led choreography at various campus events.

Originally from Shelby Township, MI, Julia's dance journey began at Suzette's Masters of Dance, where she trained in various styles, earning solo title honors and multiple perfect scores. She further enriched her experience as a three-year member of The Works Performing Arts Company where she gained experience performing in commercials for Rise Above Apparel, and works including “5am,” “Santa’s Workshop,” “Without Fear,” and “Soprano.” During her high school years, Julia was also a three-year member of the Eisenhower Varsity Dance Team, serving as captain in her senior year and securing a total of three UDA National Championships.

Beyond competitive commercial and concert dance, Julia shares her passion through teaching and choreography, crafting pieces for numerous dance studios and teams in Michigan, Kentucky, Colorado, Ohio, and many more! Entering her second year with TRIBE 99, Julia looks forward to further expanding her growth exponentially. She is driven by the desire to create choreography that transcends a mere sequence of steps, aiming to convey profound meaning, purpose, and intention that resonates deeply with dancers and audiences alike, encouraging them to truly feel their unique passions behind every piece of movement.
