Alex Lund is a dynamic NYC-based dancer, teacher, and choreographer known for her musicality, storytelling, and ability to elevate every team she joins. Her performance credits include Dancing with the Stars, The Voice, and work with artists like Justin Bieber, Zendaya, and Jason Derulo.

A three-time national convention title winner and former captain/assistant choreographer of the Syracuse University Dance Team, Alex helped lead SU to its first-ever NDA College Nationals finals appearance and consistent top-10 placements.

Alex’s choreography spans across multiple collegiate divisions including D1A, studio, and high school teams. Beginning her professional choreography career at 15, her routines have earned numerous regional and national titles.

Specializing in Hip Hop, Contemporary, Jazz, Team Performance, and Pom, Alex continues to expand her creative reach — partnering with athletes and coaches who want to grow, connect, and push the boundaries of what’s possible.
